PURPOSE: To improve the positional accuracy of a cartridge at a housing time by respectively making the side surfaces of the cartridge abut on the reference walls of the cartridge by two pressing members when a cartridge chamber is housed in a camera main body.

CONSTITUTION: When the cartridge chamber 1 is housed in the camera main body 2, the reference walls 50b and 50c of the cartridge, which are provided on the side of the camera main body 2 and which are respectively perpendicular to the feeding direction of a film and the surface of the film, respectively enter the inside of the cartridge chamber from the hole 1f of the cartridge chamber. Then, the side surfaces of the cartridge in the chamber 1 are respectively made to abut on the walls 50b and 50c by two pressing members 51 and 52 and the cartridge is positioned and held at the prescribed position.
