Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel truck whose attitude as facing up and down can be adjusted any as desired in compliance with the surface unevenness of the running surface and its rise and fall, etc., whereby the wheel truck can run in rolling smoothly at the face-up and face-down angle as tracing the configuration of the running surface and can transport even considerably heavy objects simply and safely.
SOLUTION: A wheel support 12 is furnished on its undersurface with a pair of holders 15a and 15b, and a pair of wheels 24a and 24b are rotatably borne on both sides of a supporting shaft 20 perpendicularly intersecting on the same level plane with the rotational axis of a supporting member 19 borne rotatably between the holders 15a and 15b, and casters 25 are arranged in the axial direction of the rotary shafts 17a and 17b of the supporting member 19 in such a way as approaching the wheels 24a and 24b, whereby it is arranged so that the supporting shaft 20 for the wheels 24a and 24b can face up and down within the specified range relative to a caster base 10 round the axes of the rotary shafts 17a and 17b with rotation of the supporting member 19.
