The caulking compound three-sided adhesion preventing film is constituted of a plastic sheet single-layer such as a polyethylene sheet, a polyolefin sheet or the like of a polypropylene sheet or the like, or those plastic sheets and paper such as kraft paper or the like and a laminated substance of the other plastic sheet, cloth, nonwoven fabric or the like, and the exposed surface has at least the plastic sheet surface. Rough surface treatment such as emboss processing, grooving processing, notch processing or the like is applied to the exposed plastic sheet surface to obtain the caulking compound three-sided adhesion preventing film.
