Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily select and output an effective cell to be preferentially outputted in a cell multiplex control circuit.
SOLUTION: When the effective cell is received from either of a zero system or a 1 system, reception is detected by an effective cell detection circuit 11. Selection signals S1412, S1413 are transmitted to selection circuits 12, 13 controlled respectively, the received effective cell is selected and outputted based on a detection result of the effective cell detection circuit 11 by a selector control circuit 14. Selection information of the selection circuit 12 in the previous cell is held by a selection information holding circuit 15. When a single effective cell which is not preferential is received form the 1 system while the effective cell is successively received in the zero system, the selection circuits 12, 13 are controlled by referring to the selection information by the selector control circuit 14. Consequently, the single effective cell provided from the 1 system is stored in a buffer 16 and the effective cell for the zero system is preferentially outputted.
