A plurality of kinds of grinding wheels (in this embodiment, a columnar surface rough grinding wheel 2, a columnar surface precision grinding wheel 3, and a corner part grinding wheel 4) are concentrically connected to a grinding wheel spindle 1 to form a grinding wheel cluster GWC. A grinding wheel driving mechanism 10 supporting the grinding wheel cluster GWC is mounted on a bed 29 through a grinding wheel X slide 15 and a grinding wheel Z slide 17. A regulating wheel driving mechanism 9 supporting the regulating wheel 5 is also mounted on the bed 29 through a regulating wheel X slide 11 and a regulating wheel Z slide 13. A regulating wheel rotary dresser 19 and a grinding wheel rotary dresser 20 are arranged at fixed positions on the bed 29.
