This central two-story bus is provided with the second-story cabin having a front end part staircase suspended perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction from the lateral direction at the center line part of the front end of the second-story floor from the alighting/boarding port at one side front end part of the front end part of a vehicle body, the first-story cabin having a central staircase connected to the second-story cabin from a central alighting/ boarding port on one side of the center of the vehicle body formed on the first-story floor between front wheels and rear wheels, and an auxiliary apparatus compartment formed between the front end part of the vehicle body and the first-story cabin.
