PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a fixing holder applicable with no trouble even when the number of pipes centralized and their external diameter are different from each other, also eliminate apprehension of coming off of the pipe in a circular groove lacked part and perform sure fixing capable, and eliminate necessity for surplus holder molding, molding form manufacture and a product over many kinds, so that a cost of product can be reduced by these easy managements.
