Abstract:
To provide an authentication method, an authentication system and a program that facilitate consumer authentication at a service provider.SOLUTION: An authentication method is a method for performing authentication of a customer 2 in a case a service provider 1 that provides the customer 2 with a service and a sponsor 3 are separately present, and includes an authentication step. The sponsor 3 provides a relevant service for causing the customer 2 to implement one or more relevant actions related to the service. The authentication step is a step, at the time of providing the service, to perform authentication of the customer 2 at the service provider 1 through the sponsor 3 based on certification information indicating that the customer 2 has implemented the one or more relevant actions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
