This system is provided with a server 20 for receiving an order for the mail order, a dedicated terminal 31 set in a store, and a cellular phone 11 of a user 10. The cellular phone 11 of the user 10 placing the order holds an order number transmitted from the server 20. The dedicated terminal 31 transmits the order number to the server 20, when the order number held in the cellular phone 11 is input, and displays charge information received from the server 20. The server 20 transmits payment completion information to the cellular phone 11, when receiving a notification showing that the payment of the charge is completed from the mobile terminal 31, and the cellular phone 11 holds the payment completion information. The user can settle conveniently and safely the charge of the mail order, using the cellular phone 11. A sales company 40 can avoid the risk of generating an outstanding, wherein the order is shipped after confirming payment. It can be expected to increase a chance for a consumer to visit the store, and to increase sales.
