Abstract:
To provide a charger and a battery pack unit which avoid preparation of a charger specifically designed for each battery pack.
A charger may charge a battery pack 2 and includes: an attachment part 1 to which the battery pack 2 to be charged may be attached; and a charging part 3 having a charging circuit 40 for supplying predetermined charge power to the battery pack 2 attached to the attachment part 1. The attachment part 1 and the charging part 3 are formed so as to be detachable.
