Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that promotes prevalence of charging facilities for electric vehicles and enables charging without being restrained by charging time.SOLUTION: A system S is provided with an ESSC (electric vehicle charging service controller) 11 and a management server 14 connected by a network. The system S is connected with an EVSE (charger) 12, and the EVSE 12 is connected with an EV (electric vehicle) 13 by a connector. The ESSC 11 is provided with: a charging common unit 111 that reads a system setting file, manages setting information, and outputs a work log; a vendor dependence unit 112 that analyzes an event message from the charger, creates a transmission message to the charger, and manages the setting information on the charger; a charger communication unit 113 that communicates with the charger, transmits a command, and receives an event; an authentication information reading unit 114; an authentication unit 115 that performs user authentication; a billing unit 116 that performs billing processing; a GUI (operation) unit 117 that performs display; and an operation unit 118 that notifies the management server 14 of charger information.
