Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent migration that occurs in a switch.
SOLUTION: A resistor R11 and a serial circuit of transistors Q11 and Q12 are connected to a power supply terminal T11. A resistor R12 and a serial circuit of transistors Q13 and Q14 are connected to the power supply terminal T11. A switch SW that is operated externally is connected between a junction between the transistors Q11 and Q12 and a junction between the transistors Q13 and Q14. Both ends of the switch SW are connected to input ports of an AND circuit Q23. A rectangular wave signal S20 which alternately performs on/off control to the transistors Q11 and Q14 and to the transistors Q12 and Q13 in prescribed cycles is supplied to the transistors Q11 to Q14. An output signal Sout that changes in accordance with the on/off states of the switch SW is taken out of the AND circuit Q23.
