Abstract:
To stabilize clamp operation.
A sync tip clamp section 100 clamps the sync tip level of an input signal at a level V1. When the sync tip clamp section 100 stops its clamp operation, output voltage from the sync tip clamp section 100 is discharged via a discharge section 500.
