Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a cleaning apparatus for spinnerets, capable of automatically carrying out cleaning and regeneration of spinneret for spinning without requiring man power.
CONSTITUTION: This cleaning apparatus for spinneret is provided with conveyers 5, 6, 42 and 43 for conveying spinneret to be cleaned in a definite direction, ultrasonic cleaning apparatus 2 provided in the neighborhood of the conveyers, air blowing driers 31 and 32 for blowing air onto the both faces of the spinneret and a spinneret chuck 22 for holding the spinneret carried by conveyer and reciprocating a space between the position of ultrasonic cleaning apparatus and the conveyer.
