Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device which covers shortcomings when singly using a mechanism of removing dust existing on a surface of a body to be cleaned by using electrostatic force or a mechanism of removing the dust by using adhesive force, and can construct a more optimum system.SOLUTION: A cleaning device includes: at least two or more units selected from a cleaning unit 10 which brings a cleaning roller 11 electrified with prescribed electric charge into contact with a surface of a body S to be cleaned while rotating the cleaning roller, and removes dust present on the surface of the body S to be cleaned by using electrostatic force, and an adhesive roller unit 30 which brings an adhesive roller 31 into contact with the surface of the body S to be cleaned while rotating the adhesive roller, and removes dust present on the surface of the body S to be cleaned by using adhesive force; and a frame body 40 where a plurality of guide parts 41A, 41B, 42A, 42B enabling installation of the respective units by replacing the units with each other are formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
