Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning method that cleans out the piping of sake warmers with boiling water, and a sake warmer that is cleanable in this method.
SOLUTION: A sake warmer 100 has piping 4 whose ends form a suction opening 2 and a discharge opening 3 and through which sake is passed for heating into warm sake. A circulating means is disposed to aspirate a cleaning fluid such as water instead of sake and return it to the piping 4 after it is heated up and ejected out via the discharge opening 3, so that the sake warmer 100 is well cleaned out by heating. The heating temperature of the piping 4 can be set to a sake-warming temperature or to a heating/cleaning temperature. A heating means is arranged to heat, not boil the hot cleaning fluid returned into the suction opening 2.
