Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating and agitating cooker excellent in handleability that suppresses deterioration of handleability due to an increase in size and weight by keeping the rotation torque required for agitation low corresponding to a change in a load applied on an agitator for performing agitation while keeping an action of agitating a material to be cooked in a container.SOLUTION: The heating and agitating cooker includes a container 2 capable of storing a material to be cooked, a storage container part 3 for accommodating the container, and an agitator 6 for agitating the material to be cooked in the container. The storage container part includes a revolving magnetic field generation device 11 for generating a revolving magnetic field for a magnet, and a control part 50 for controlling the revolving magnetic field generation device. The control part revolves the revolving magnetic field in a normal rotation direction with respect to the magnet by the revolving magnetic field generation device, and either by a set number of rotations or by the rotational load detection, switches the revolving magnetic field to a reverse rotation direction for the magnet to cause the magnet to rotate by the number of rotations smaller than the number of rotations in the normal rotation direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
