Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a cleaning nozzle capable of efficiently cleaning the dust stuck to the lattice grooves of a lattice-like floor of a clean room or on a filter below the lattice-like floor.
CONSTITUTION: This cleaning nozzle is provided with multiple rigid suction tubes 5 at the tip section 4 of a rigid cleaning nozzle main body 1 having a hole 3 connected to an air suction pipe 2 at uniform intervals or the intervals allowing the insertion into the lattice grooves of a lattice-like floor.
