To prevent the holding capability from deteriorating even in a long term usage, and also, prevent the textile of clothes from being damaged by a method wherein on the surface of a writing utensil, a fixed drawing body is fitted, and at the same time, at least one of a movable drawing body and the fixed drawing body is formed of magnet so that the movable drawing body and the fixed drawing body may magnetically draw each other.

A writing utensil 10 on which a cap 20 is fitted, is inserted in a breast pocket 60 or the like. In this case, a movable drawing body 40 is being removed from a fixed drawing body 50, and is hung down to the outside of the pocket 60. Then, the movable drawing body 40 is drawn to the fixed drawing body 50 through a textile 61 of the pocket. By this method, the writing utensil 10 is fixed under a state wherein a connecting body 30 is hung from the pocket upper edge 62. That is, by a magnetic drawing, the writing utensil 10 can be easily held in the breast pocket 60 or the like, and also, even when being repeatedly used, the holding capability can be maintained without a deterioration.
