To provide a holding tool of strong magnetic attraction force to be handled easily and manufactured easily by providing the setting in which a bar-shaped working tool is guided securely on a bar-shaped magnet upper face without being caught and stopped by other matters and is rolled in the case of using the bar-shaped magnet of square sections of a holding tool for varying magnetically the direction of the bar-shaped working tool (a writing instrument) and also the bar-shaped working tool is slid up to the upper face of the bar-shaped magnet smoothly without hitting the bar-shaped magnet, a yoke and the holding tool in the case the holding tool is set on a collar or the like.
Guides 5 provided with upward gradient on the side of a bar- shaped magnet 1 are set on both sides, left and right, of the bar-shaped magnet 1, and upward gradient slide pieces 6 are set on the side of the bar-shaped magnet 1 on the front and rear of the bar-shaped magnet 1, and the gradient is provided on the corner of the upper face of the bar-shaped magnet 1 to guide and attract magnetically the bar-shaped working tool securely by the guides 5 and the slide pieces 6.
