Abstract:
To alleviate the troublesomeness that temperature conditions are set in accordance with a color having the slowest rate of temperature increase in a baking oven among all the coatings i.e. aqueous, solvent and powder coatings, a solvent is mixed or preheating is made so that their coating films have the same performance by short time and low temperature curing for all the colors.
Existing coatings yields the same performance to their coating films by a short time and low temperature curing irrespective of their colors and time and low temperature curing is achieved by adding a heat ray absorbent with a sunlight reflectance of ≤ 50% as defined in JIS A5759.
