Abstract:
To provide a coil joining method capable of joining coil ends more reliably and having high productivity, a stator obtained by the coil joining method, and a motor including the stator.SOLUTION: A coil joining method includes: a coil storing step of storing coils 26 and 66 in a plurality of slots 24, respectively; a coil end engaging step of engaging two coil ends 29 and 69 by deforming one of the coil ends 29 and 69 of the different coils 26 and 66 which are respectively in the plurality of slots 24 and located at positions overlapping with each other when viewed in at least one of the radial direction and the circumferential direction of the stator core 21 in at least one of the radial direction and the circumferential direction of the stator core 21; and a soldering step of performing soldering by immersing the engaged coil ends 29 and 69 in a molten solder in a solder bath 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
