To provide a coin-shaped member dispenser for reducing the residual static electricity of coin-shaped members which are dispensed from a dispensing port, as much as possible.
In a medal dispenser 1, medals M which are dispensed in the rotating direction of a dispensing rotor 8, according to the rotation of the dispensing rotor 8, and pass through a dispensing passage 14 and between a fixed side guide member 16 and a movable side guide pin 18 so as to be dispensed from the dispensing port 15 to the outside. A dispensing port conductive member 21 is arranged, at a part that connects to the dispensing port 15 on the passage surface of the dispensing passage 14 formed on a member made of a synthetic resin, and the medals M are kept in contact with the dispensing port conductive member 21 until the medals M are completely dispensed from the dispensing port 15, and the static electricity of the medals M flows from the dispensing port conductive member 21 to a grounding side via the fixed side guide member 16. The amount of residual static electricity of the medals M, after dispensing is significantly reduced so as to prevent adverse effects caused by the residual static electricity.
