The color-changing cosmetic comprises one or more kinds of coloring agents, one or more kinds of developers and one or more color-changing agents. In the color-changing cosmetic, coloring occurs by mutual action between the coloring agents and developers and the color-changing agent stably exists without reacting with the coloring agents or developers and does not cause color change in formulation, and the change of color occurs by mutual action between color-changing agents and developers when used. The color-changing cosmetic comprises a first preparation containing one or more kinds of coloring agents and one or more kinds of developers and a second preparation containing one or more kinds of color-changing agents and changes color by mixing the first preparation with the second preparation when used. The cosmeticizing method comprises using the color-changing cosmetic.
