To provide an inexpensive commodity carrying-out device for an automatic vending machine capable of improving, the commodity storage efficiency of the device by arranging commodity storage columns in which various kinds of commodities are stored for every commodity in a stack state at the inside and front door side of an automatic vending machine, and also capable of simplifying the commodity carrying-out mechanism of the device.

In the automatic vending machine 1, commodity storage columns 8 in which various kinds of commodities S are stored for every commodity in a stacked state are arranged in plural stages and rows in both vertical and horizontal directions. In addition, a commodity picking-up means which picks up the commodities S housed in the columns 8 at the positions opposite to the commodities S is movably provided. The commodities S picked up by means of the picking-up means 20 are carried out by moving the means 20 to the commodity carrying-out section 9 corresponding to the commodity taking-out port 6 of the machine 1.
