Abstract:
To provide a communication device that can certainly transmit location information even during a movement.SOLUTION: A communication device is a communication device that transmits detection information including location information based on an LPWA communication system, and comprises: a location information acquisition unit that acquires the location information based on a positioning signal; a storage unit that stores the detection information; a first communication unit that performs wireless communication conforming to the LPWA; a movement detection unit that detects the movement of the communication device; and a control unit that controls the communication speed of the wireless communication performed by the first communication unit. The control unit determines whether the communication device is indoors or outdoors based on the positioning signal received by the location information acquisition unit, and when determining that the communication device is outdoors and when the movement detection unit detects the movement of the communication device, changes the communication speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
