Abstract:
To provide a printer capable of working with a printing job which does not allow printing.SOLUTION: A printer 100 capable of being connected to another printer 100 through a network includes: an acquisition part 112 that acquires information on printing jobs that the other printer 100 has; and a display control part 114 that makes a screen display, among the printing jobs that the other printer has, a first job that can be printed by itself and a second job that cannot be printed by itself in a discernible manner. The display control part 114 performs display control allowing a printing designation by a user for the first job; and performs display control not allowing the printing designation by the user for the second job, and also performs display control of a guide designation 410 for guiding the other printer 100 capable of printing the second job.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
