Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize base station communication and direct communication between mobile stations in different frequency bands and to prevent interruption due to leakage power from an adjacent channel, when a frequency adjacent to a boundary with the frequency band for base station communication is used as a carrier frequency in direct communication among mobile stations. SOLUTION: Base station communication and direct communication among mobile stations are realized in the different frequency bands. When a frequency adjacent to the boundary with the frequency band for base station communication is used as the carrier frequency in direct communication between mobile stations, the reception level of the down carrier frequency from the base station, which corresponds to the frequency adjacent to the carrier frequency, is detected, and the level of the carrier signal transmitted form the mobile station according to the reception level of the down carrier frequency is reduced. Thus, malfunctions of the base station are prevented and interference of signals can be prevented.
