To provide a communication terminal device capable of easily determining whether or not an incoming call from another station may be answered.

The communication terminal device includes: an incoming display unit (S188, 192, and 196) for displaying the address of a communication terminal at a communication request from the communication terminal; an origination unit (S174-176) which originates for communication to an address at a communication request specifying the address of the communication terminal; and an origination history recording unit (S178) which records an origination history including addresses of origination destinations in response to the origination. The incoming display unit (S188, 192, and 196) includes an address display unit (S188, 192, and 196) for displaying the address of the other communication terminal by reference to the origination history recording unit (S178) so it can be discriminated whether the communication terminal is a communication terminal recorded in the origination history once a communication request from the communication terminal is received.
