PURPOSE: To execute an operation in a current mode, to show a linear integration function through the use of a non-linear trans-conductor and to provide an adjustable trans-conductor capacitor integrating equipment.

CONSTITUTION: In a current mode trans-conductor capacitor integrating equipment by this invention, non-linear voltage-current conversion in the trans- conductor is corrected by a differentiation equipment. The differentiation equipment supplies differential current id of current if in proportion to output current iout, which is matched with a differention value concerning the control voltage(v), to a current divider. The current divider supplies quotient current iq obtained by dividing input current iin, by differential current id to an integration capacitor where the voltage(v) is applied on both ends and the voltage(v) is converted into output current iout in proportion to the integration value of input current linearly by the trans-conductor.
