Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a company information system capable of offering an optimum personal environment according to an organization definition.
SOLUTION: This system is provided with an organization definition information storage part 31 storing organization definition information, a contents storage part 33 storing contents to be offered to a user, a customization information storage part 32 storing customization information consisting of a combination of a customizing condition set by means of optional organization definition information and contents instructing information instructing contents to be offered as a usage environment if the customizing condition is fulfilled, and a personal environment constructing means 23 obtaining the customization information from the customization information storage part 32, determining whether the customizing condition is fulfilled or not for each user by means of the organization definition information stored in the organization information storage part 31, and obtaining the contents stored in a pair with the customizing condition from the contents storage part 33 to add them to the personal environment of the user if the customizing condition is fulfilled.
