Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly start an electronic equipment such as a regulator by shortening the time required for normal operation, and to remove noise superposed on voltage of a BG circuit.
SOLUTION: A charging circuit for a capacitor C1 is connected to an integration circuit 4 to which an output of a BG circuit 2 (a band gap reference circuit) is applied. In the charging circuit, a voltage between the base and the emitter in the first transistor Q6 is compared with the first voltage including both end voltages in a resistance R1 of the circuit 4. Charging is started when the first voltage gets higher than the voltage between the base and the emitter in the transistor Q6. Charging is stopped when a voltage Vc of the capacitor C1 reaches a voltage of the BG circuit.
