To provide a component service life management system capable of predicting the remaining service life of a component, determining the replacement timing, and outputting a list of replacement components necessary in inspection by collectively managing pieces of characteristic data of a plurality of components composing an apparatus installed and operating in a market via a network.
The component service life management system has a component service life management server 1 connected with a plurality of sites detecting service life characteristics of apparatus components via the network 6 and collectively managing service life characteristics of respective components of the sites. The component service life management server 1 is provided with a receiving means 7 of receiving the component service life characteristic data of each site, a remaining service life predicting means 10 of predicting the remaining service life of a component by using the service life characteristic data, a storing means 8 of reorganizing remaining service lifes of the components per each site and per each component and storing them in a remaining service data base, and a processing means 9 of outputting remaining service life statuses of the components or pieces of information of the replacement components on the basis of the remaining service life data base.
