The concentrated color developing composition for a silver halide color photographic sensitive material is a one-part concentrate containing a compound represented by formula [1], an N-hydroxyalkyl substituted p-phenylenediamine color developing agent and a hydroxylamine derivative represented by the formula [2]: HO-N(R1)-L-A.
