Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a concrete panel having heat insulating properties enhanced in strength and quality by properly removing bleeding water and air.
CONSTITUTION: Anchors 9 having dehydrating and defoaming functions are attached so as to integrate respective layers of a heat insulating material 5 and concrete layers 4, 6 sandwiching the same and connected to a vacuum pump 11 at the time of ageing to suck and remove bleeding water in the concrete layers 4, 6 and air at the interfaces of the heat insulating material 5 and the concrete layers 4, 6.
