PURPOSE: To provide a concrete structure permeable to radio wave, which eliminates the trouble of electromagnetic reflection easily and economically.

CONSTITUTION: Reinforcements 2 and reinforcing materials 3 are embedded in a concrete 4, the reinforcing materials 3 are formed out of a wave permeable material and its arranging direction is conformed to an electric field of radio wave. Accordingly, the radio wave permeates the concrete 4, so that a reflecting degree is widely lowered. As the reinforcing material 3 is used instead a conventional reinforcement, the construction process is the same and it can be carried out at low cost.
