Abstract:

PURPOSE: To efficiently mass-produce secondary products of concrete by kneading a ready-mixed concrete having a predetermined mix proportion in consideration of numerical quantity and quantity of loss of the secondary product concrete so as to feed the ready-mixed concrete at a predetermined placing speed.

CONSTITUTION: An arithmetic device 36 for kneading/feeding is provided for operating a ready-mixed concrete manufacturing device 1 and a ready-mixed concrete feeder 40 based on a data signal 37 to be outputted from a data memory device 33, a manufacturing item setting signal 38 to be outputted from a manufacturing item setting device 34, and a ready-mixed concrete request signal 39 to be outputted from a ready-mixed concrete request device 35.
