Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a thin conductive adhesive sheet which enables the enhancement of a graphite sheet in shielding property and heat radiation property; and an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet superior in shielding property and heat radiation property.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave shielding sheet is a conductive adhesive sheet used for an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet arranged by laminating a tape on a graphite sheet. The conductive adhesive sheet comprises a conductive base of 2-40 μm in thickness, and a conductive adhesive layer provided on each face of the base and including 5-60 mass% of thermally conductive particles, whereby an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet having good heat dissipation property and a good electromagnetic wave shielding property while having a thin form can be materialized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
