To prevent that contact failure occurs even if a connecting device is used for a long time, wherein two conductive bodies arranged in both sides of an insulating member via the insulating member in-between are caulking-connected by rivets.
At both end parts of the shaft part of the rivet, level difference parts of which shaft diameters are made to be respectively thin are installed, and this rivet is inserted through the rivet hole of the insulating member, and the level difference parts of the both end parts are protruded from the insulating member, and by fitting the rivet holes of the respective conductors into the level difference parts of the both ends of the rivet protruded from the insulating member, and by contacting one side face of the respective conductors onto the level difference wall face of the rivet, the end parts of the rivet protruded from the respective conductors are caulking-worked, and the respective conductors are bonded to the rivet and fixed onto the insulating member.
