Title:
CONNECTING STRUCTURE OF CONNECTING TERMINAL TO CIRCUIT BOARD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3411865
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily bend a connecting terminal with a simple jig by connecting the connecting terminal bent by pressing to a terminal bending pedestal adjacent to the connecting terminal projecting from a housing formed of a part of a bus bar to a circuit board.
SOLUTION: A terminal bending pedestal 71 is arranged so as to be adjacent on the outside to a circuit connecting terminal 37b, and the pedestal is formed in a shape bendable in an almost L shape by using a work jig 73 by pressing of the circuit connecting terminal 37b. Notches 72 are preformed on both side surfaces of a bending part of the circuit connecting terminal 37b. The work jig 73 is formed so as to have in a tip part plural grooves in individually response to respective circuit connecting terminals and a pressing part 75 formed in a triangular shape so as to form a bottom surface of these grooves when the circuit connecting terminals 37b exist in a plurality. The circuit connecting terminal 37b becomes an almost right angle in a notch part.
