Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an enciphered and recorded content to be decoded as long as a fixed period.
SOLUTION: A key information is generated based on at least content reproduction permission information, and the content is enciphered based on the key information, and the enciphered content and transmission date information are transmitted together. On the reception side, the received enciphered content and the transmission date information are stored, and reproduction date information to the stored enciphered content is acquired, and the content reproduction permission information for showing permission of reproduction of the enciphered content is generated based on the stored transmission date information, the reproduction date information, and reproduction permission time limit information of the enciphered content. The key information is generated based on at least the content reproduction permission information, and the stored enciphered content is decoded.
