Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a continuous kneading apparatus continuously kneading concrete in a civil engineering/building field or continuously supplying a mixture of a ceramic powder, a binder and water before a sintering process to knead the same in the production of a ceramic product.
CONSTITUTION: A continuous kneading apparatus is constituted of the transfer screw 2 transferring the matter to be kneaded supplied to a transfer casing 7 from a raw material charging port 1 to a kneading casing 8, the detachable passage restricting plate 9 arranged in the introducing part of the kneading casing 8 and the kneading blade 4 arranged in the kneading casing 8 and provided on the same shaft as the transfer screw 2. Therefore, by using the continuous kneading apparatus, the adhesion of a mixture of kneaded matter and a liquid to the interior of a mixer, especially, the interior of the casing of the transfer screw 2 is suppressed and continuous stable operation can be performed for a long time and a uniform mixture can be obtained.
