Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous measuring method for measuring weight of a workpiece so as to precisely measure weight of a conveyed material having no uniformly distributed weight without reducing a clearance m between fixed rollers.
SOLUTION: A device for this method is constructed of two measuring units 12, 13 arranged in the middle of a belt conveyor 51 and a conveyor movement quantity detecting unit 15. The measuring units 12, 13 are constructed of two fixed rollers 21a, 21b for each of them and pressure sensing parts 24b, 24c respectively. An interval between the two fixed rollers 21a, 21b in the measuring unit 12 is set to be m, while that in the measuring unit 13 is set to be m-p, and a difference of the measured values in the measuring units 12, 13 are integrated.
