Abstract:
To provide a technique for suppressing an influence of load fluctuation, and can appropriately control a deviation of a movable component.SOLUTION: A device 1 includes a movable component 61 deviated by receiving power from a motor 71, and a controller 100. The controller calculates an operation amount for the motor and inputs power corresponding to the operation amount to the motor, and thereby controls the motor. When it is estimated when the movable component is deviated toward a peak position where it is estimated that the load reaches a peak in an intersection on the upstream side in a deviation direction of the movable component of the peak position (Yes, in S120), the controller increases the operation amount for correction (S130).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
