Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the startability of a vehicle while suppressing the breakage of a synchronized gear at a start from a P-range after an automatic stop of an engine, in a control device of the vehicle having a stepless gear change part and a stepped gear change part.SOLUTION: A control device of a vehicle comprises a power transmission device in which a stepless gear change part and a stepped gear change part are arranged in parallel with each other, and which has a friction clutch and an engagement clutch. The friction clutch and the engagement clutch are controlled on the basis of common hydraulic pressure. In an automatic stop and in a P-range, the hydraulic pressure of the friction clutch is released, and the engagement of the engagement clutch is maintained. When the vehicle is switched to the P-range (S2) in the automatic stop in a D-range and in a brake-on state (S1), the engine is restarted (S3). When the vehicle is brought into a brake-off state after the restart, the engine is automatically stopped (S5), the engine is restarted when the vehicle is brought into the brake-off state once again (S7), and on the other hand, when the brake-on state is continued even after the restart, the automatic stop of the engine is prohibited (S9).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
