To provide a control device for a human power-driven vehicle and a control system for a human power-driven vehicle which can appropriately output information concerning a brake control device for the human power-driven vehicle.SOLUTION: A control device, for a human power-driven vehicle which comprises a brake device and a brake control device configured to be able to control brake force by the brake device, comprises a communication part configured to be able to transmit information to an external device and a control part that controls the communication part.
