Abstract:

To provide a technique capable of exhibiting a better pulverization effect in pulverization carried out by using a rotation device capable of performing three-dimensional rotation.SOLUTION: Pulverization is carried out by using a rotation device (ball mill) capable of three-dimensionally rotating (biaxial rotation) a container. The rotation device has a driving disk 6, a driven disk 9, and a transmission mechanism 10. Driving rotation about an X axis is converted into container rotation about a Z axis via the transmission mechanism 10. A pulverized object and a hard ball are placed into a spherical container 22. The device has a reversal mechanism, and appropriately switches rotation between forward rotation and backward rotation. The device exhibits a better effect particularly when fine particle sizes after pulverization are small (for example, 1/100 or less of hard ball size).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
