PURPOSE: To accurately charge the inside of a case with a seal by the timing common to each device by providing a timer, actuated when an extension- contraction device for sucking is detected in its contraction, in a control circuit of the extension-contraction device for sucking.
CONSTITUTION: In response to a supply synchronous signal of a case supplied at each fixed interval, the vacuum of a vacuum sucker pad 11 is turned on while extending an extension-contraction device 15 for sacking and after the device 15 is detected by a point end detecting sensor to have reached the point end the sucking extension-contraction device 15 is retracted by changing the direction, and after the sucking extension-contraction device 15 is detected by a rear end detecting sensor 13, to be returned to a predetermined rear end position, where a seal 2 sucked by the device 15 is dropped, a timer 40 is started, and after a time up of this timer 40, the vacuum of the vacuum sucker pad 11 is turned off. As a result, when accurate drop timing of the seal 2 is determined for any seal supplier, the drop timing of each seal in the case can be accurately adjusted, in the other seal supplier, by adjusting the respectively provided timers.
