Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable the user of a telephone set to allow specific approved telephone calls only by comparing an inputted telephone number with a stored telephone number train and selectively transmitting the inputted telephone number in accordance with the compared results. CONSTITUTION: A logic circuit 122 receives a command from a push-dial section and sends the corresponding signal to a DTMF pulse generator 124. The generator 124 outputs a signal to a line repeater 126 so that a designated telephone number may be sent to a central telephone exchange. In addition, the logic circuit 122 prevents an unapproved telephone number from being transmitted to the central telephone exchange by selectively controlling the repeater 126. A buffer 132 stores telephone numbers which are approved for dialing or not approved for dialing. When the user of a telephone set inputs a telephone number, the transmission of the telephone number is interrupted when the inputted telephone number is not contained in the approved telephone numbers, but in the unapproved telephone numbers.
