PURPOSE: To control the introduction of circulated gas via a control valve by interlocking the valve to the butterfly valve in the suction gas system of diesel engine to thereby respond the control valve provided in the exhaust gas circulating and introducing section in response to the opening of the butterfly valve.
CONSTITUTION: A sub passage 14 is perpendicularly branched in the vicinity of the secondary side of a butterfly valve 12 in a main passage 11. The rod 21 is protruded in predetermined amount in response to the opening of the valve 12. A second spring 22 pushes a valve body 17 toward a valve seat 16 side against first spring 19 in response to the protruded amount of the rod 21 to thereby remove the valve body 17 from the seat 15 to thus open the sub passage 14. Accordingly, the exhaust gas is circulated through the valve seat 16, passage 18, valve seat 15 and main passage 11 into a suction manifold 1 and to a diesel engine.
